I haven’t received a confirmation e-mail?

Once you have completed the online booking form and paid for your booking, you should receive an automated e-mail to let you know we have received your request. We will then arrange your booking and send a separate confirmation e-mail, usually within a short period of time. If there are any delays in processing your request, we will keep you informed.

Please check your ‘Junk’ e-mail folder if you do not receive any e-mails from us, as your computer may inadvertently process our e-mail as ‘spam’.
