Firstly, contact us. We will assist you. You can also report to the operators check-in facility. The staff there may also be able to help you directly.

Remain calm throughout. Everyone will help you as best they can.

We will rearrange your booking for the next available sailing, or advise you on your options. (There is no charge for this, but your ticket cost may alter when the booking is changed.)
