If accommodation is available on the route you choose, then yes. Accommodation is usually a berth in a cabin, and may mean sharing with other freight drivers.
Some shorter routes do not have accommodation due to the short journey times involved, but they usually have a freight drivers lounge, or similar.
During peak periods, accommodation may be in short supply and alternatives may be offered, such as reclining seats. You can alter your booking, if accommodation is unavailable, at no extra charge.
